Where to start? Let me start by introducing myself. My name is James Petrick and I live outside of Bozeman Montana. I have been living here for the past 7 years. I am proud to say that I was born and raised in the great state of Montana. I have been lucky to have lived with such great beauty right out my back door. I hope to share some of that great beauty with you from my perspective.

I started with photography about 8 years ago while I was living in Seattle Washington. I had just graduated from Montana Tech in Butte Montana with a computer science degree and just started my first job. I had never seen the ocean, so I drove out to the coast near Aberdeen Washington.
